We want every purchase to make you happy. If something is not right, write to us and we will sort it out together.
Right of withdrawal
When buying online you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
- Unopened products in undamaged packaging can be returned.
- Sealed food (honey, bee bread, pollen, royal jelly) whose seal is broken cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons, and products marked as perishable have no right of withdrawal. Candles and wax products can be returned even unpacked.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the returned product.
Broken or wrong item
If a jar arrived broken or you received the wrong product, send a photo and your order number to as soon as possible. We will replace the product or refund you and cover all costs.
