Data controller
Your personal data in the LE koryZzz shop is processed by:
- Seller
- LE koryZzz
The beekeeper whose products you order receives your data only to prepare and ship that order.
What data we process
- Order data: name, email address, phone number, delivery point or address, ordered products, payment method and your notes.
- Account data (if you create one): email, name, phone number, a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself), order history, favourites, messages and notifications.
- Technical data: IP address and sign-in times, used to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- We do not receive or store payment card details. For online payments the payment institution sends us the payment status, the method (e.g. the bank's name) and the transaction ID. With the payment confirmation Montonio may also send the payer's name and account number; we do not store them. For bank transfers we only see what is needed to match the payment to your order.
- Withdrawal data: name, email, the products you return and, if you give it, the bank account number for the refund. The account number is deleted 60 days after the withdrawal is settled.
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account ID and email address, which Google sends us to create and sign in to your account. Google processes this data as an independent controller. Google privacy policy
Why we process it
- Fulfilling and delivering orders and sending order status emails – performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Accounting and invoices – legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Managing your account at your request – performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Site security and fraud prevention – legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not send advertising newsletters and do not use profiling or automated decision-making.
Who receives the data
- Partner beekeepers who pack and ship your order on our behalf, as our processors.
- Parcel carriers (LP Express, Omniva, DPD) – your name, phone number, email and chosen parcel locker, so the parcel can be delivered.
- Service providers that host the site and send emails on our behalf – only under contract and on our instructions.
- OpenStreetMap, for the map tiles on beekeeper pages: when such a page shows a map, your browser sends the OpenStreetMap tile servers your IP address and browser details. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing apiary locations. All other styles, fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
- Google – only if you choose to sign in with Google; Google confirms your identity to us.
- Public authorities – only where the law requires it.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Orders and accounting documents are kept for as long as accounting law requires (usually 10 years).
- Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile is anonymised and only the data required for accounting stays with your past orders.
- Cart contents are deleted after 60 days of inactivity.
- Technical logs (sent emails, system and sign-in records) are kept for 180 days and then deleted automatically.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies: for signing in, protection against forged requests, your language choice and keeping your cart. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for consent.
Your browser also remembers that you closed the cookie notice.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format.
- When signed in, you can download all your data under My data.
- You can delete your account under Delete account.
- If you ordered without an account or want to use your other rights, email us.
We will reply within one month.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate: vdai.lrv.lt.
Security
The site works only over a secure HTTPS connection, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access to personal data is limited to those who need it for their work.
Changes
When we update this policy, the new date is shown at the top of this page.
